The BIG FELLA V2 has arrived. 70/30 weave, upgraded to 1400GSM with more water absorbency, softness & performance than ever before. 

The BIG FELLA V2 is the next step in our drying towel evolution. We’ve been re-developing our most popular towel over the past 18 months to deliver better real-world performance, not just bigger numbers. 

One of the biggest upgrades is the change from an 80/20 fibre blend to our new premium 70/30 yarn, giving it a noticeable lift in absorbency, softness, and making it safer on your paint. The GSM has also been increased from 1100 to 1400 GSM, adding functional fibre density without turning the towel heavy, grabby, or slow.

This upgrade isn’t about chasing hype, it's about combatting one of every detailer & enthusiast's headaches & trying to make the drying process safer, quicker & easier.

Drying is one of the riskiest stages of your wash - with no lubrication left on the surface from your wash, your towel needs to be soft, highly absorbent, and capable of pulling water and any missed dirt safely into the fibres. BIG FELLA V2 is engineered around that reality, using a controlled fibre-splitting process for more consistent cleaning power and reduced smearing. The increased fibre density along with the 70/30 weave ensures that the drying process is handled easier, quicker & safer than ever before. 

V2 also introduces a brand-new size: the LIL FELLA (40×60 cm), perfect for smaller panels or detailers who prefer lighter handling.

CARE & WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Wash warm, avoid high heat.
  Warm water (30–40°C) removes dirt and chemicals effectively without stressing the fibres. Avoid hot washes or hot drying cycles, as high heat can stiffen or damage microfibre.
• Use liquid detergents only.
  Powder detergents can leave residue behind. A gentle liquid detergent ensures the fibres stay clean and unclogged.
• No fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
  These coat the fibres and stop them from absorbing properly. They’re the quickest way to ruin microfibre performance.
• Wash microfibres separately.
  Keep them away from cotton or lint-heavy fabrics — microfibre grabs lint instantly, and once it’s in, it’s hard to remove.
• Air dry or tumble dry low.
  Microfibre responds best to low heat. Air drying keeps it soft, while low tumble is safe if you need a quicker turnaround.
• Avoid bleach.
  It breaks down the polyamide component and shortens the life of the towel.
